Looks like you have some baby greens you can harvest for a salad. Are those beets in the 2nd photo?I used the epsom salt spray mixture you told me about on my peppers. I went ahead and put it on the eggplant and the tomatoes already planted. I hope it won't hurt. I had one small cubanelle pepper forming.
There are beets in both pictures. I like the beet greens when they get bigger and cook them like spinach.Hope the epsom salt helps the plants. Have never used it on egg plant but then I can't grow egg plant.
What do you use the epsom salt for? You sure have a green thumb!
Epsom salts contain magnesium. It enables the roots to absorb nutrients and it will also green up a plant that is looking a little sickly especially peppers. Also with peppers if sprayed when they are blossoming it is suppose to help set the fruit.
